What’s billing like in Radius Albany Hills?
Radius offers competitive pricing for our healthcare services which has proved necessary to maintain our standard of care provided. As we are a private billing Practice, the cost may vary depending on the type of appointment. Specific pricing details can be obtained by contacting the clinic directly.
Do I book in for a standard appointment?
Appointments are booked for a 15-minute duration, and the reception staff will enquire if you need any additional time for procedures etc. Please feel free to ask for an extended appointment time if you believe you will require this.
What are the typical wait times?
Radius Albany Hills strives to minimise wait times for appointments. However, wait times may vary depending on the clinic's schedule and patient demand. It's advisable to schedule appointments in advance for quicker access.
Is there parking available?

Can I choose a specific doctor?
We value the patient-doctor relationship. While you can request a specific doctor, availability may vary. The clinic staff will work to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.

What if I miss an appointment?
If the appointment cannot be kept, we require 2 hours’ notice prior to the booked appointment time otherwise a late cancellation fee of the full consultation fee does need to apply. We are also required to apply this as a charge to missed appointments.
*Please note – No further consultations can be booked with any Doctor at the Practice until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. The DNA/ missed appointment fee will automatically apply however if there is an extenuating circumstance why an appointment was missed, please email Management at practicemanager@albanyhills.com.au
